- Scope projects with clients and write clear proposals
- Plan sprints and keep squads focused on outcomes
- Run weekly demos and write the Friday update
- Spot risks early and raise them plainly
- Manage budgets, change requests and timelines
What you'll bring
- 5+ years delivering software projects
- Experience with fixed-price and time-and-materials work
- Excellent written English
- Comfort with technical conversations
